Swanage Bay, Dorset

The town's new Lifeboat station and its slipway (construction not quite complete) are in the middle distance, and Swanage's long pier is several hundred yards behind it.  The cocooned building is the Wellington Clock Tower, known for the fact that for many years no clock has been installed in it.
