Despite being a glorious day outside - have spent most of it inside

Attempted the ladies' walk this morning - hip pain caused me to limp home after a short while - not a hip look

Discovered the Mono Monday challenge was inside - saw the bedroom light shade - and blipped the inside of it - almost a light bulb moment
