Patterns

I doubt, I will ever tire of this view.  One of my 'go-to' trees, which came to my rescue driving in to work this morning.  It was a beautiful morning first thing, although I would have appreciated a few more clouds to give the sky more interest.

I managed a swim at lunch time, despite still suffering with shoulder pain.  I tend to follow the adage of use it or lose it, and as the physio is quite confident there isn't any physical damage, it comes down to keeping them mobilised while I work on stretching exercises and posture.
