31 - 36 Foley Street

In August 2015 Kier Property and Investec Structured Property Finance, in joint venture, acquired 31-36 Foley Street in Fitzrovia, London. Terms were agreed with British Airways Pension Trustees to purchase the vacant building for £55m (excluding VAT and fees).

Originally built in the 1920s as a printing factory, the 34,000sq ft building is centrally located behind the BBC on Regent Street and was, until recently, occupied by the BBC as the headquarters of its commercial division.

The 41,883 sq ft of offices at 33 Foley Street, let to Kier for 20 years are on the market with a guide price of £92m!
