Prost!

Catching the last rays while the rain clouds are building up. Looks like I'll find out tonight whether the windows close when it starts to rain. Just in case that's a myth, I've been out shopping again and there's a fluffy new mop sitting here, ready to go into action if needed.
The photo is displaying a couple of housewarming gifts; the glass from Renate and the Karg beer from S's mum. She knows me so well!! Renate has been keeping me right today as I sorted out the insurance, the mail, the caretaker and, most of all, the best deals to be had for my various unexciting purchases. Got a new ladder though, that'll definitely be exciting the first time I try to use it. Better add plasters to the shopping list.
