Siesta

These lambs were relishing the sunshine today!  Their mother was standing by with a proud, slightly haughty expression on her face (see extra). I enjoy watching them!
Church, dog walk, lunch - and energetic gardening in the afternoon!
April is the month when the weeds really get going - and the gardener needs to keep it all in control !!
I found several newts in the pond, very small and black.
