Just In Time

Hello Blipfriends!
Dolly here! I'm back!

Today was another chillax day. Mum is not making much progress in her recovery. She left me for a short while and went to the chemist to ask a few questions. He said it might take a few days to get over the chest infection even AFTER the antibiotics are done!! She's NOT happy! She bought some probiotics to take as well, and picked up a few things at Waitrose.

Later on we went on a short walk to the nearby woods. We hadn't been there in awhile because of the winter mud but it was dry today, even for little poodle paws! Soon the bluebells will be out and Mum always goes a little bit crazy about them. I KNOW I'll be expected to pose in the middle of a carpet of purple! For now there were lots of yellow woodland flowers AND a little patch of these primroses. Spring is here! We are happy!

But along with spring comes April showers! And since today was April first, they were right on time! And that's no joke! Thankfully, we had JUST made it home when it started to pour! Phew!

Tonight was movie night! For some reason, Mum is intent on watching some of her favourite movies from the 80s. She says it's HER decade! Tonight it was 'Overboard' with Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell. Mum laughed SO hard! Even though she said she's probably seen it a dozen times! Well, I think that's good for her! I'm happy when she's happy!
