Caterpillar

A not so hungry caterpillar ready to find a good place to form it's chrysalide, one of five that I found in my garden and carefully took to my classroom. The children are thrilled to have them there! Hopefully after the spring break we will have five Monarchs fluttering around ready to be released.
I couldn't help sharing three more beauties from my garden! Couple of blooming wonderful flowers and the very first snap peas I've ever grown!
The extra is an Iris I had no idea I had in the garden, a total surprise hidden between the roses.
