Western Whiptail lizzard....

....at the Tucson Botanical Gardens, where we spent part of the morning. They had an exotic butterfly house and we saw some hummingbirds out and about--as well as a bus load of children--so it was a bit crowded in spots. Later we stopped at the Casa Grande Ruins followed by a stop at the Boyce Thompson Arboretum in Superior. It's a huge place full of plants and trails, birds and gorgeous scenery. We didn't have nearly enough time there, so may go back on Wednesday!  :))
