Lost, Between Windows

So ....I was transferring a huge file from an external hard drive when I decided to also transfer today's Blip potentials. They have disappeared, completely vanished, not a trace. Anyone got a clue where to look - I've done several "smart" searches but nada ...lost forever between Windows and my SD card.

This is pretty much what I would have gone with but the smoke was more pronounced.
