Tractor Tuesday
We went to the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre at East Kirkby home to the worlds largest Bomber Command Museum and home of the Avro Lancaster bomber Jane. I think I got that all right.
Anyway it was a fascinating place full of memorabilia to do with the Lancasters and all who flew in them. I found the Dam Busters information the most interesting , a story that still makes the hairs on my neck stand up!
We also encountered this David Brown which was used as an aircraft tug during the war. Quite unusual I thought.
Weather still holding out well with mostly sunshine again today. Hope it lasts for a couple if more days!
