Marlanes' Quiches

F.M.i.L. had a couple of friends visiting today, after her Chicago daughter visited yesterday, It's been a busy couple of days.
For today Marlane made a couple of Quiches, salad, new potatoes and for desert Raspberry Pavlova (from scratch, not bought!).
I always tell you about the wonderful things I cook but all I can do is Sunday dinner, cakes and general simple cooking.
Marlane has always been a great cook often doing quite complex things but she knows the techniques to make them look very simple!
I do help though such as chopping onions etc.
