The second set of Powderhall flood gates.
And again I don't know who closes them, and no as far as I can tell they don't have seals, nor are there lintels for the gates to be pushed against by water pressure.
So I don't know how effective they would be if the river bursts its banks again.
Mind you, there has been a huge amount of work dredging and clearing up stream, so perhaps the danger is less than it was.
Then again....
