it was the wet, heavy kind - the kind which falls quietly in the stillness of the night - then the day - however because of the weight - a lot of damage came along with it - this is the price we pay with spring snow storms - hence throughout the city - all day reports came in about trees down - utilities affected, fences cracked and roads blocked - clean-up will no doubt take a while which is the bad news - the good news is that this storm left behind - much needed moisture in the area

it seems there's always a trade off, right? - why is that? - why can't we just have a simple little snow fall in the neighborhood - then call it a day without any drama - i suppose that's why it's called life - ups & downs to deal with but for me, at least i didn't - need to be out in it - i was able to remain safely at home - enjoying scenery like this beautiful white-scape (i just made up that word) - for that i am grateful and as you know, it's made for...
