The Watcher

I know it's a hawk of some kind---just not sure which kind.  I first saw it sitting on a high branch of one tree, but couldn't get good shots of it.  Then it flew over to a second tree to some more interior branches just above a nest.  I couldn't really see it well, but I've learned to keep shooting, because sometimes the camera can see better than I can----so I got some shots after all.  I hope to go back tomorrow to see if there is anything happening....and maybe get some better identification---or you can tell me if you know what kind of hawk it is!
