My new trainers

I got these from the Birmingham Running shop on the Stratford Road, who specialise in trainers.

They measure your gait and measure and video your stride on a treadmill which highlight ed I needed a trainer with more support. So now with my £85 trainers and £11 twin skin socks, it was like walking on air around the park in Solihull lunchtime, I finished in front and we did over two and a half miles.
