Thoughts before napping

I'm actually happy that the skies are overcast today. I had an appointment with my eye surgeon today and had my eyes dilated for the exam. Everything is extra bright. No change in the shadow or flicker, she'll see me in two months. She's still convinced that my brain will adjust and I will no longer see either annoyance. 

T will be home tonight from her business trip.

For the Record,
This day came in dark and dreary, heavy rain on the way tomorrow.

All hands worried about the world.
