St George

Funny how you can pass something regularly without really noticing, such as this little statuette of St George which I saw for the first time today on the war memorial at Linch,. It's a Philip Jackson and replaced the original which went missing at some point.

I drove past on my way to and from taking Dad to his hospital check-up, which went well. It was a lovely sunny day today; a few more of those would be very welcome.
