Japanese Maple

Spring is bursting out all over - these are flowers, and I think baby leaves, on the Japanese Maple in the front yard.

I'm off early this evening to eat dinner out with The Ladies. We have to start at 5:30 (!!!) because one of us has something to attend that starts at 7:00. So I'm blipping this at 4:00 and now I have to get some going out clothes on, feed the dogs, go down to my neighbor's and feed her cat (she's out of town until Saturday) and then be back here by 5:00 and ready to drive into town.
