Pirates and pellies...

on the river early this morning! The pellies are sitting on the "net" that bothers so many. The pirates are from the National Harbor. Urban Pirates is National Harbor's Swashbuckling Adventure - Offering Pirate themed Family Adventure and Adult B.Y.O.Grog Cruises. I think she was at the marina in dry dock getting a new paint job.
