"A Tornado Warning Is In Effect"

The title above is the announcement on the weather app on my I-phone about 6 PM  this evening.  The threat was until about 7 PM, and included heavy rain, loud thunder, and regular lightning.  The photo above does not include a lightning bolt, but the light areas above the palm tree are not clouds, they are the lighted sky as lightning moved across the sky.  Maybe some night I'll be lucky enough to capture a lightning bolt, but when my feet started getting wet as I sat on the porch under the roof taking photos, I decided it was time to give up and come inside.
