Arts Precinct

These seats and steps are part of the central arts precinct.

They sit between the Library on the left, the museum straight ahead and the Art Gallery and PICA ( Perth Institute of Performing Arts) on the right.

It is a fun place to be in and around...and plenty to keep the idle occupied.
