the beast in the boiler

there’s a beast in our boiler 
it keeps on breaking down
and everytime it happens
we get the gas man round

now we are getting fed up
he’s been six times in all
he’ll have to have his own room soon
there’s a spare one off the hall

and then one day he sorts it
he dances round the floor
then gives the pilot light a kiss 
and we are warm once more
