Queen's Valley Reservoir
Beautiful spring day here so me and TheAphid went east and ambled around Queen's Valley Reservoir. It was really lovely and quite warm in sheltered spots. We saw butterflies, great tits, chaffinch, robins, jays and a squirrel. The bluebells have just started to appear so I practised on a few of them, got to try and get that ultimate bluebell blip again this year! ;-)
We came home via town where we had lunch people watching in the square, and collected some books from Waterstones and the library. TheAphid got some new sunnies with a half price voucher in Boots and we stopped for a coffee and delicious sticky toffee cake with ice cream at the Arts Centre CafeJAC. Yummy!
