How can I make a change ?

When I close my eyes at night, i know that things ain't right it's on the papers it's on the tv it's everywhere that I go, children are cry , soldiers are dying some people don't have a home well I know there's sunshine behind the rain, know there's good times behind that pain can you hear me when I say can we make a change ?
