Cadets promises

This morning I walked with a colleague over the royal military academy. hunting for a nice blip for today.
Out of nowhere came a cadet with this shield under his arm. This was a new shield because the previous one was stolen.

On the shield, the cadets promises:

I promise on the word of cadet
At all times be honest
Loyal to the corps and obedient to the Senate
