Burger Woes
The cooking advice for this Sainsbury burger with cheese was oven cook for 28 minutes.
But life is short so I pan fried in half the time - result - disintegration.
The water content is high and splattering results in a messy hob- all the more to cleanup
Conclusion: to J Sainsbury- cut out the water, need to take holistic view - time to cook, cost to cook, cleaning-up post cook.
I could do this but not current priority J Sainsbury sales slipping so easy to correct but need to change culture and prioritise big picture and customer retention
