Oh what a stressful day. I had the interview for the post of TA with HLTA responsibility in a small village school. Very different to my current inner city school.

The interview consisted of a task, interview and teaching a lesson. I was shattered by the end. The head teacher rang quite quickly to offer me the post. Oh how scary!
