Caltrain, cart, construction, crane.  And clouds.  Cool and squally but not cold, despite the impression the bundled up guy walking towards me gives.  We're due some heavy weather over the next few days which means more snow in the Sierras which is good.  I wonder when/if the state, at least Northern California, will be declared finally out of drought.
