schools have started again

Some schools have started again this week. In Port au Prince the amount of traffic jams is very related to the schools, traffic was great for the last two months, but I'm afraid that this is the view that I have to get used to again: traffic jams.

Interesting fact: only the expensive schools have started, because the minister decided that the normal schools will only start in october...
