Conferencing

A full day of conferencing, plus a dinner. Everyone seemed happy with how things went. Definitely no major alarms, and some excellent papers, contributions and comments. All concluded by a conference dinner and an interesting after dinner speech on Edinburgh as a festival city. Good chat with the colleagues from Leuven who are taking on the baton next year.

One good thing was involving K in one of the panels. K came to the dinner, and C and Mr A went off and found dinner for themselves. Now back home, chilling, and thinking about an early night. C and K are staying over a couple of nights so we can catch up and hopefully get a walk on Saturday.

Meanwhile, still another half day for me.
