"Hair" artwork

This piece hangs right outside my office in one of our venues on campus.  The artists name is Muriel Magenta, a faculty member in the School of Art.  In her early life she was a hair dresser and to this day, her hair is dyed magenta.  This work represents hair growing, and is made out of some kind of telephone cord.  The extras are both her work as well.  The photo of the person in the outlandish wig is Muriel
