Tranquility

Went for a stroll along the canal this morning......a few minutes of peace in an otherwise manic day!

I've been to see my mum but come back feeling guilty, her lawns desperately need mowing and she has some admin issues she needs help with but I didn't have time today. I have to pick Lucy up from school so that she can get to her swimming teaching job on time and then Rob has a football match for his local team. Last nights match ended with a 5-2 win so worth the trip over to Birmingham just a shame I got lost on the way! Then Lucy has her voluntary coaching sessions as swimming club - I have no idea yet what or when they are going to eat tonight!!

But....hey ho, the sun is shining and it's FRIDAY tomorrow :))
