And this is what happens to the garden produce ... (reference yesterdays blip) although to be fair today the peppers came from the market but the tomatoes came from the garden this morning.... And this is what Mr A does with it... well one of things.. and this is the vegetarian option for the group.. but then we find the carnivores becoming vegetarian when they see and taste these dishes!! It really is delicious... there is some fennel in there too.... but Mr A also believes in the importance of how the food looks .. in fact years ago when I sort of complained that he didn't say 'I love you' as much as I might have wished.. he explained that the WAY that he put the food on my plate was the way that he showed how much he loved me .. so I know if it comes in a heap that maybe things aren't OK between us .. but today looking at this dish.. I think maybe all is good!!!
