Sailing

Our last day in the south of Spain. We had lunch in a chiringuito (bar on the beach) and that's when this boat caught my eye. It's been a long day. Managed to lock ourselves out of our rented accommodation (my fault). After some initial panic, we telephoned the owner who was able to send somebody over with a spare key. Our final journey home was also a bit of an adventure as the rented car we had developed a couple of warning lights suggesting that there was something wrong with the catalytic converter. All 5 of us packed into the car which along with our suitcases, we really did struggle to get up the numerous hills which we had to negotiate on our way back to the rental company near Malaga airport. We just about crawled back and were constantly losing power (the engine in hindsight was far too small) and being overtaken by large articulated lorries! Despite this last minute blip, we feel refreshed!
