Wheels on the bus!

Was wide awake at 3:30!
Our day trip was at 8:30 in a different part of Tokyo, so we enjoying a few hours relaxing, then a bit of work and then headed to the station. We managed to get ourselves to the meeting point quite successfully.

The day trip I booked took us an hour or so out of town to a park, very pretty and that can not be denied. - my blip. We spent 2hrs there and then it was on to lunch 20mins away. Lunch was an hour and we didn't think much of it sadly, it felt a bit forced. After that we then spent another hour getting to Tokyo Tower that we didn't realise was part of the tour. We arrived at the tower and decided to ditch the tour. Sitting on a bus really isn't for us!! We could have done what we saw in less time and taken in more sights rather than sitting in traffic!!! But anyway, we are pleased we ditched as we ended up watching a wonderful ceremony and enjoyed a few hours looking around a temple (pics in FB).

Now it's time for dinner and a wonder around town.

Tomorrow sees us watching Sumo Wrestling and a Robot Cabaret.......
