Sidney Street, Cambridge.
Today, my granddaughter and I went shopping into town. I took this street scene whilst she was in Waterstone's book shop. On the right in the distance is Sidney Sussex college, founded in1596, '....Some good and godlie moniment for the mainteynance of good learning...' One of the few buildings that doesn't change, unlike many of the shops that are often closing and re-opening under a different banner. Also, the head of Oliver Cromwell is buried under the college ante chapel.
