"I can only apologise"

Another frustrating day, trying to get an MOT certificate for my car. As usual, after a day of fiddling around, the dealers found they did not have the necessary parts for a repair and so I'll have to take it back on Monday. Also, they didn't have any courtesy cars (despite there being about 150 cars surrounding the building where I was given this news.) I wonder whether there is a world record for most uses the sentence "I can only apologise" within a ten minute period?

Whilst they were not fixing my car, I spent the day idling around Media City and Salford Quays. I then walked along the banks of the River Irwell, enjoying the colourful street art. I learned something from that - never having heard of Rojava.  Having photographed the sticker, I researched it (well, looked it up on Wikipedia) when I got home.
