High Street

The High Street in Tunbridge Wells. Not where the main shops are now but what would have been the main shopping road in the 1800s. Now the shops are too small for the chains but good for the small specialist independents. I had been told about a Portuguese cafe and had been hoping to buy some Portuguese tarts. Success. I went in for 2 but she had three left. Bought them all and ate one on the way home so Mr P will never know.
