Such a wonderful colour

I tried to photograph several flowers in and around the garden cabin this afternoon, including a surprising epiphyllum plant's multiple flowers. Then I spotted this wonderful blue flowering ground covewr plant, a Vinca herbacea. 

I planted it many years ago in a corner with a vine, a clematis and a honeysuckle. It has been left undisturbed and now look at it.  It has spread widely seems very happy, asI am to see such a profusion oif early season blue flowers. I've added an 'Extra photo' with another of the flowers in dappled shade beside it.
