A colourful creature

Met Emma this morning, we rejoined the weight watcher meetings, great new leader called Jo who is very upbeat and lost 4 stone in 6 months and has kept it off for 3 years. Nice to see some of the ladies I've seen
for years on and off as well.

Finished writing and recording a song today that I'm really pleased with and also started learning new songs for my gig in town next Tuesday at Jazz After Dark.

Family walk in the park in the evening, it's been beautiful weather today.
