Perfect spring

This is turning out to be a wonderful spring - none of the false springs earlier in the year and everything pent up to give a brilliant show in the run up to Easter. There are carpets of spring flowers, like these wood anemones, at the nature reserve...perfect timing for my guided walk in a few days time. The extra photo shows one of the many 'false oxlips', hybrid primrose x cowslip, in amongst swathes of one of its parents.
