Ancient Monument

I travelled down south today for the family holiday near Dorchester. The roads were busy but only really troublesome in a few places. On the way I stopped off at Stonehenge. This place is fascinating and so very old. It was busy, but the site is very spread out so not really a problem. And it's possible to get quite close to the stones in a few places. A farmer was busy ploughing in an adjacent future and all the crows were following on. The new visitor centre is very contemporary and functional.

We have a lovely property on a farm for the week. It's very big so we'll probably get lost at some point and have no trouble keeping up the step count.
