Friday night

Late shift at work today. In the morning I nipped up to the shops on my bike, paid in a cheque, posted a birthday card and brought a sandwich for lunch.

Not a lot of time in the evening to do much other than sit with a glass of wine and sample the biscuits Kar brought back from Amsterdam.

Early start in the morning. Tom needs a lift in to work for a 6am start then I'll have to drive round the M25 to pick up John from university for the Easter break. Expect both of them will be snoring on the sofa by mid afternoon while I'm busy getting stuff done.
