Brunelleschi's Dome, with fantastic views from the top..... allegedly. Despite having paid for a pre-booked ticked in advance I was denied access because the place that you buy a pre-booked ticket from isn't the same place that issues you with the relevant voucher. The woman selling me the ticket made no mention of this when asked "is this ticket all that I need?". A very Italian-style row erupted between myself and the guy who was selling tickets today. He would have explained the voucher business and didn't know why the woman yesterday hadn't. You live and learn.... and lose money in the process.
