It has been an absolutely beautiful day today. Early start with my first Parkrun in Falkirk - 10 of Eubers' family turning out for it. Lovely setting, which included running around the lake with a few swans gracefully gliding along.

In afternoon, soaked up some sun at the backdoor then took MP for a splash!
