Steve has only been working his plot since this January and it is already looking pretty good. But, then, he is another who is a gardener for his day job, working for a local Housing Association. Originally, he was a geologist and a computer analyst, but (at the grand old age of 28) he had a mid career crisis and packed it all up and re-trained.
