So delighted

to be mobile again after a couple of weeks of serious sciatica problems, hobbling around with a walking pole. All vanished overnight and I could now enjoy exploring a new path along the Usk, not far from the charmingly named Llanvihangel Gobion, home of the Steel Horse Cafe (in the Extra). We were all spoiled by four days of sunshine in the Brecons - a delightful Silver DofE group who should enjoy going for Gold in a year's time. A credit to their school, a credit to their families, and above all gentlemen, a credit to yourselves.
