New building on the site of the old Royal Infirmary. "Quartermile" is a typical residential development. Aspirational, its glass edifices stand on the shoulders of the old stone hospital.

In some ways it's good that the city is regenerating itself, in others it's a shame that these significant old buildings are being lost forever.
