Saturday night dinner

Thought I would enter into the spirit of blip and blip what is on my plate this evening. It's not typical Scottish fayre but we love it. Enchiladas made with chicken and vegetables . Add some spicy salsa and guacamole and you have a tasty meal.
It's been another lovely day here so lots done in the garden. That means I am away to buy some plants tomorrow!
